1. Every student joining Swami Shri Rajshwranand Bharti Nursing Training Institute, Kakira are compulsory to reside in the hostel.
  2. No student shall keep any unauthorized person in her room. If any such person is found in her room, she will be liable to be expelled.
  3. The student will show the hostel fee receipt to Superintendent/Warden before admission to the hostel.
  4. Each student must occupy the room allotted to her for the session by the warden and no change of room allowed without permission of Principal.
  5. Students are responsible for the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the room allotted. Pasting of posters etc on the walls is not permitted. Student will be responsible for any damage done to furniture and fixtures in their room. If any student leaves the hostel and fails to handover in good order all the room furniture together with electric bulbs etc. will be liable to be find for the damage done.
  6. Refrigerators, electric stoves, room heaters or any other electric appliance of heavy consumption is not allowed. Television, tape recorder, audio video CD player etc are not allowed to be use.
  7. Student making wrong use of electricity will be find Rs. 500/- in addition to the cost of repair.
  8. Hostel shall be under control of Superintendent / Warden.
  9. Mess workers are under the control of Superintendent / Warden, who only may take action against them for negligence, indiscipline etc.
  1. Students are strictly forbidden to utilize hostel employees for personal work or interfere with their work or use any abusive language about them in any way. No excuse will be accepted for breaking of this rule. All complaints against the hostel employees should bring to the notice of Hostel Superintendent / Warden who will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
  1. A student once expelled from the hostel shall not admit in the hostel again.
  2. Student are required to pay their Mess Fees and other charges by 7th of every month positively, failing which they will be fined.
  1. Before going out from hostel students are required to take permission and write in the outing register their name as well as date and time of leaving along with their night stay booklet.
  1. For any mischief/accident etc. hostel Superintendent / warden can break open the room for investigation.
  2. Fees once paid shall not be refundable.
  1. The parents will write in the prescribed performa (Visitors Card) at the time of admission the name of relatives who could visit the girl’s hostel. The relationship of such persons should be specifically mentioned. Parents must provide the full residential address, telephone/mobile numbers of the relatives whom the hosteller can visit with Principal permission.
  1. No student will be absent from the hostel without the written permission of the Superintendent / warden/ Principal. Students wishing to meet relatives allowed by the parents shall obtain the written permission of the Superintendent / Warden.
  1. The student who wants to go home for any reason should first obtain permission from the Principal and on the basis of that she will seek permission from Warden to leave the hostel premises, failing which the entire responsibility will be of the student concerned and of the parents.
  1. The gates of the hostel shall be locked at 8 p.m. and shall are – open at 6 am. (summer) and 7 a.m. (winter) and no student shall be allowed to leave the hostel premises during these timings.
  1. Permission to visit home/local guardian/relatives will be granted twice in a month hostel pass will be issued by the warden. Any student found absent from the hostel without permission shall be liable to fine and other disciplinary action.
  1. Parents should visit the student on Sunday from 9 a.m. till 5 p.m. in the visitor’s room.
  2. Any illness must be reported to the warden, Principal. Sick leave is only permitted with the doctors prescription. It is necessary for all students to provide ‘Medical Certificate’ signed by the Medical Officer on rejoining the classes after sick leave.
  1. No male person will be permitted in the girls hostel with any excuse including Holi, Deepawali or birthday celebration.
  1. Mobile phones are not allowed to bring in the Institution campus.
  2. Student should wear proper dresses in the hostel campus, no shorts allowed.
  3. Light should be off at 11 p.m. sharp.
  4. Students are not allowed to meet other student’s parents.
  5. Student should come in proper dress to the dining hall. Unbraided hair and wearing of nighties are not allowed.
  1. Wastage of electricity and water will be charged fine.
  2. Students should enter the hostel gate at5 pm after vacations, leave or any other holidays etc.
